Your settings, team name and colours, records, achievements and saved matches are stored only on your device (in your browser's local storage). We do not have accounts and we do not receive this data. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller (merchant of record) and processes your payment, email and invoice under its own privacy policy. When you enter a licence key, the game sends the key and a device label (for example "Serve Ace Ergo · Android") to our server, which checks it with Lemon Squeezy. We keep no other record.
If you do not have Pro, you may choose to watch an ad for a bonus. Ads are provided by Google (AdSense), which may use cookies or similar technology, including to personalise ads where you have consented. To know how many people play, the game counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics (no cookies, only totals such as pages, countries and device types). While the game is open it also sends a short signal once a minute with a random number that is made up for each visit and kept only in memory (nothing is stored on your device), plus whether a match is being played. We keep only totals per day, deleted after 40 days, and never names, IP addresses or device details.
The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site.
